The Tiarella Neon Lights, 'Tiarella hybrid', also known as Foamflower, is becoming one of the most popular shade perennials on the market today. 'Neon Lights'� has deeply cut fuzzy green foliage. The highlights of black and purple patterns make it what it is. Best of all, the coloration is more intense during the winter months, not to mention being lightly fragrant. White flowers appear in the summer; however, Tiarella'�s are not noted for their flowers.'Neon Lights'� has a plant height of 6-8'� and a plant spread of 12-15'�.
