The Verbascum Snow Maiden, 'Verbascum hybridum', also known as Mullein, has masses of pure white flowers with yellow stamens. The stalks arise off of fuzzy gray-green leaves, which add contrast to the flower color. 'Snow Maiden'� has a plant height of 3-4'� and a plant spread of 1-2'� and blooms from late spring into summer. Removing spent flowers to encourage additional bloom time.This low maintenance perennial requires dry to medium soil and should be planted in full sun for best results. Verbascum will tolerate a wide range of soil conditions but must have good drainage or it could be fatal.
